By accessing or using FORGE — including the website, app, and coaching programs — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Health & Safety Disclaimer
FORGE provides fitness programming and coaching for informational and educational purposes. We are not medical professionals. Consult your physician before starting any exercise program. You assume full responsibility for any injury or health condition that may result from your training.
3. Memberships & Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time from your account or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals; previously charged periods are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Intellectual Property
All programs, videos, written content, and branding are the property of FORGE and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell any of our content without prior written consent.
5. User Conduct
You agree to use FORGE in a respectful manner. Harassment, abuse, or any activity that disrupts the platform or other members will result in immediate termination of your account.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FORGE and its coaches are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of FORGE after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
